    In both scenarios, we guide the process meticulously so every decision supports your goals, budget, and timeline. 
    We divide our project  delivery process into two phase with the following milestones:

    3. Design Team Selection/Coordination

Once we engage, we gather your requirements and wish list and develop a budget accroding to that. This budget becomes part of our obligation to you throughout our engagement.

    We use an iterative approach for budgeting where we devlop a budget framewrok well in advance of construction begins and revise and update it as we get closer to the start of construction with the feedback we get from you. The final budget before construction begin is our guide throughout the build process.

    We have desing teams that we work with on a regular basis. Working with our design team allows you to have better alignment and coordintion amongst xonsutants which brings clarity and predictability to the process
